Stacey Cramm

My personal journey began in 2004 when I took my first Moksha Yoga Class. Initially I thought yoga would help recover some injuries I had acquired and be a rather short lived activity.  My injuries certainly recovered but more importantly I found my passion for what would guide me to live the life I desired to live. Yoga is my life tool for building inner strength, self love, compassion and finding equanimity in each moment, regardless of how difficult or enjoyable it might be.

In 2005 I studied with Ted Grand and Jessica Robertson to receive my Moksha Yoga certification.  I instructed for Moksha Yoga London for several years before moving to Calgary to pursue my nursing career. I am currently studying Ashtanga Yoga and feel so fortunate to have found my teacher Rameen Peyrow.

After several years nursing in the traditional environment, I realized that my true passion for health and healing is firmly rooted in yoga and alternative health. I made the decision to follow my heart and embrace the abundance of opportunities to aid others in their personal well being through holistic health.

It is such a gift to practice and share yoga with others.  I have been so fortunate over the years to witness and know that with practice possibilities truly become endless, that life presents limitless opportunities if we are willing to see them. As Sri K Pattabhi Jois has said, “Practice, practice, practice… all is coming.”
